KGAL Aviation
In the course of our 40-year experience in aircraft investments, KGAL has launched 58 aircraft retail funds, 81 aircraft private placements and three aircraft institutional. These funds translate into a cumulative aircraft fund investment volume realised by KGAL Group of more than USD 8.6 billion. In addition, KGAL has initiated USD 16.8 billion of cumulative investment volume for structured aircraft finance transactions.
Joint Ventures with Lufthansa
The cornerstone that provides a strong foundation supporting KGAL in aviation are the two joint venture with Lufthansa: GOAL (German Operating Aircraft Leasing) and Lufthansa Leasing. As such, we have been a long-term investor active in the global transportation industry with a proven aviation track record which spans over several business cycles through aircraft investments.
