EMP Structured Assets GmbH arranges and structures tailor-made investments for institutional and professional investors in the field of aviation and supports them in all matters of investment selection, portfolio and risk management as well as reporting and regulatory issues. The company was founded in 2013 as a spin-off of a major German leasing company. The management has over 20 years of experience in the acquisition, structuring and asset management of aircraft leasing transactions.

As at 30 June 2020 EMP manages assets exceeding US$ 5.6bn for institutional investors, mainly insurance companies, banks and pension funds in Germany, the Middle East and Korea. EMP has received several industry awards from the specialist media Airfinance Journal, Airline Economics or ISHKA for its innovative and flexible financing structures.
